Elizabeth is a business consultant with 20 years of experience in marketing, innovation, integration, R&D and Lean Six Sigma at various healthcare companies. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999 and subsequently worked for Bristol Myers Squibb followed by Cardinal Health as a product/process engineer. At Cardinal, she transitioned into marketing, obtained a lean six sigma black belt, and served as Director of Innovation and Marketing. She started egh in 2012 and has been providing small to large medical device companies with a range of services including marketing, strategy, integration, and project management. She has grown the egh team to include multiple talented consultants. Elizabeth also enjoys coaching individuals to help them achieve career and life aspirations. She serves on the Innovators Board of Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and enjoys martial arts and singing.
